Jason Bailey

After completing a degree in Civil and Structural Engineering, Jason went on to study drama and has appeared in many high-profile TV shows and Films including; Silent Witness, The Bill, Doctors, Casualty, Glass Houses and Fisherman’s Friends.

A competing gymnast for 15 years, Jason’s natural athleticism led him easily into a career as a mountaineering instructor and guide; expeditions have taken him all over the world and he has led some of the hardest high altitude peaks including Ama Dablam in Nepal and Khan Tengri in Kyrgyzstan. Jason has made 7 first ascents and even named one mountain after his mother-in-law (that’s love for you).

An avid cyclist, Jason has toured through Europe and from John O’Groats to Lands End unsupported. He has competed in many bike, adventure and endurance races. He has swum the Dart 10k and The Isles of Scilly 15k swim Challenge. Jason has ski toured throughout the Alps and across the Merino glacier in Patagonia. He is also a qualified scuba rescue diver and enjoys paddling.

Jason has presented a host of events for Microsoft (live streaming), Redbull, Living Aboard, Ribble Bikes and travelled the country as host for the Closer to Food festival with a number of celebrity chefs. He has given a number of motivational speeches at events around the country including National insurance awards and The Outdoor and adventure travel show. Jason has a vast list of high-end corporate clients, is currently filming Shadow chasers for UKTV and has appeared on Made in Bristol.
